Roofduct was developed by Tom Molegraaf, a tradesman with over 35 years of construction experience. Not because it could be done, but because the solution simply did not exist and he kept running into the problem up on the roof.

THE ROAD TO ROOFDUCT
1988
It started on the roof
Started out in construction in 1988. Years of experience with flat roofs, roofing membranes and roof penetrations.
The problem
The same hassle every time
Every penetration meant taking pipework apart, with planning, downtime and dependence on other trades.
