Payment methods

For now we work exclusively with payment by bank transfer. There is no online payment step in the shop: you do not complete a payment on the site and you never have to enter card or bank details anywhere.

The IBAN, the invoice amount and the payment reference are stated on the order confirmation you receive from us. Always quote the order or invoice number when you transfer the money, so we can match your payment straight away.

1. You submit your order request through the shop or the order form. You pay nothing at that point and are not committed to anything.

2. We review your request and obtain transport quotes for your destination and quantities.

3. You receive an order confirmation with the full price breakdown: products, transport costs, VAT and the total amount.

4. If you agree, you transfer the amount. Once we have received your payment, we schedule the delivery.

The prices in the shop are per set and exclude VAT and transport costs. They are meant as a guide price, so you can calculate an order.

The final amount is always stated on the order confirmation, with VAT and transport costs itemised separately. Only at that point is the price fixed.

Wholesalers and business customers order through the wholesale request. Volume prices, different payment terms or payment on invoice are agreed per order in the order confirmation or quote.

Ordering from another country? Include your VAT number with your request and we will process it correctly on the order confirmation.

We are looking into offering direct online payment (such as iDEAL and credit card) at a later stage. As long as that is not stated on this page, every payment runs through the order confirmation and a bank transfer.
